We begin to appreciate and fully understand your needs by executing a full condition survey of the existing roof system, diagnosing defects and any associated construction problems.
From this analysis, we can then provide you with customised recommendations in the form of specifications, drawings and photos including budgets for several alternatives. Recommendations may include specifications to repair and/or refurbish selected areas, the requirements for preventative maintenance or where necessary total replacement specifications.

Project Management Service
The Green Roof Company offers a full project management service to all our customers, from inception through to project completion, insurance backed guarantees and whole life costing. We will ensure as reasonably practicable that all works are carried out to our customer's requirements, to budget, within the agreed timescale and conforming to quality and health & safety standards.
Our contract managers are in regular communication with our charge hands and team of installers, visiting site on a regular basis, carrying out quality control inspections, keeping the client informed at all stages of the contract in the form of written progress reports.
On handover we will inspect the roof with you with one of our manufacturer's technical representatives, examining all the details ensuring that the project has been carried out to your satisfaction and meet the strict criteria of the manufacturer's subsequent guarantee.
